Removing a link from a book page

Hi,
Is there a way to remove a link from a book page?
So for example here is the book menu:
- Book
- Chapter 1 (expands when clicked) - Chapter 2 (expands when clicked)
- Alabama (expands when clicked)
- Arizona (expanded)
- Section 1 (link)
- Section 2 (link)
